Chair of Comparative Political Science
Alena Kerscher is a PhD candidate and research fellow at the Chair of Comparative Politics at the University of Munich. She studied political science at the University of Munich and holds a M.A. degree (2012). Her dissertation concerns a comparative analyze of the relationship between Christian democratic parties and European integration with regard to growing Euroscepticism in Western Europe. Previous research involved the Turkish accession to the European Union and party political stances towards European integration.
