Responsibilities
Kris van der Pas is a postdoctoral researcher funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and hosted at the Chair of Comparative Political Science. Her research interests include legal mobilization and strategic litigation in the EU, with a specific focus on migration. She combines insights from law and political science and deploys socio-legal qualitative research methods.
Previously, Kris was a PhD researcher and lecturer at Radboud University Nijmegen, postdoctoral researcher at Tilburg University, and Emile Noël fellow at New York University.
